By following a rigorous Advanced Product Quality Planning process (APQP), Aprisa develops manufacturing and quality control plans that minimize manufacturing defects.

In-process quality checks are used to detect machining or casting defects and prevent them from reaching the customer. In addition each part or assembly is manually inspected for both casting and machining defects prior to packaging for customer shipment.

QC Activities

QC activity 1:
Basically checking porosity scale of casting by using cutting saw equipment or air leak test

QC activity 2:
Basically checking chrome plating or coatings of product surface before the shipment to customer

QC activity 3:
Design a Gauge of Go、No Go to prevent NG products from being shipped out.

QC activity 4:
A product QC approved by QC passed sticker.

Material Use

In die casting, the selection of alloy supplier is a key factor to high quality in the production process. Basically we ask supplier to issue document of alloy compositions for QC check of lot management before shipping to us.

At this moment, we purchase aluminum and zinc alloy from reliable alloy supplier, China Steel, Sigma, EZDA Australia zinc.
